When calling the S-Anon International Family Groups World Service Office, you will either be greeted by a message from a voice mail system, or a volunteer may personally answer your call. In either case, your anonymity will be respected. If your call goes to a voice mail system, you may be requested to leave your name, phone number or address. This allows someone to return your call or to mail requested information to you. S-Anon volunteers will not mention sexaholism, Sexaholics Anonymous, or S-Anon on the outside of mailing envelopes or in phone messages left for you.

Generally, the World Service Office is staffed from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; and from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Standard Time on Monday and Wednesday.
