S-Anon Board of Trustees

The S-Anon Board of Trustees is made up of representatives from every region, or area, of the United States. The purpose of the committee is to:

  1. provide guidance and oversight for the S-Anon International Family Groups World Service Office (WSO) and other service committees;

  2. serve as a forum for discussion of policy issues and questions that would affect S-Anon as a whole;

  3. receive proposals and make recommendations to the S-Anon fellowship concerning the submitted proposals - the Board of Trustees recommendations are then voted upon at the semi-annual S-Anon Conference Business Meetings;

  4. set the agenda and conduct the semi-annual Conference Business Meeting; and

  5. provide financial accountability to the Fellowship as a whole for Seventh Tradition donations sent to the WSO (Tradition Nine).

The business of the Board of Trustees is conducted by means of conference calls, the minutes of which are available from the WSO.
